DDC Baramulla visits Sopore, reviews Developmental Scenario

District Development Commissioner (DDC) Baramulla Dr G N Itoo accompained by ADC Sopore Ashiq Hussain Lilly and other concerned officers today toured Sopore town and  took stock of developmental scenario.During his visit to sub-district hospital Sopore, DDC took stock of facilities available for patients in the health institute. He inspected various  blocks and sections of the hospital and interacted with patients and hospital staff to get feedback on facilities available.Enroute, Dr Itoo met several deputations who appraised  him about various problems and putforth demands regarding developmental needs of the Sopore Town including removal of encroachments from the footpaths.The DDC issued  strict directions to the concerned officers to remove the encroachments for the hassle free movement.Dr Itoo also inspected ongoing repair work of College road via fruit Mandi  and stressed to ramp up the pace of work so that work is completed within stipulated timeframe.
