Bandaru Dattatraya visits ACC Cement Plant at Barmana

Governor Bandaru Dattatraya today visited ACC Cement Plant at Barmana in Bilaspur district.ACC Plant Director Amitav Singh welcomed the Governor and briefed about the plant and other activities under corporate social responsibility.  He apprised Governor about the latest technology being used in the plant.He also visited DAV Sr. Secondary School (ACC Barmana) and interacted with members of school staff. School Principal Sunil Gangta welcomed him.Later, the Governor also visited Koldam Hydro Power Station of NTPC and power house of the unit.Chief General Manager S.N. Chaudhary gave detailed information about the project.On this occasion, the Governor said that hydro power has big contribution in the development of the state and nation.
