Governor visits historic Town Hall

Governor Bandaru Dattatraya today visited Shimla's historic Town Hall at Ridge.  On this occasion, Municipal Corporation Shimla Mayor Kusum Sadret, Deputy Mayor Rakesh Sharma and Commissioner Pankaj Rai accompanied him.Pankaj Rai detailed about the renovation work of the building and old architect of the building.  The Governor evinced keen interest in the architecture and visited every floor of the building. The Governor said that this was a historic building, which was an attraction to the people visiting Shimla.  He said that he had a desire to see this building.The Governor also took a walk on the Mall road and Scandal Point. Councillor and other officials of Municipal Corporation Shimla were also present on the occasion.
