Back to Village -2 : Visiting Officers reach far flung areas of Kishtwar

As many as 136 Visiting Officers today reached the allotted Panchayats here across Kishtwar  district to conduct various activities under "Back to Village Programme -2" (B2V-2). District Development Commissioner, Angrez Singh Rana, informed that a total 136 Officers including 17 officers of the District have been deployed to 136 Panchayts of district Kishtwar to review the developmental requirements and listen to the issues of locals .He added that 28 officers have flown to far flung and cut off areas like Marwah, Warwan and Dachhan through helicopters.The DDC stated that Visiting officers will hold multifarious activities besides interact with PRIs, Women SHGs, members of SC/ST communities, Village elders, Panchayat level Government functionaries to get first-hand knowledge of public issues, problems and their suggestions.
