A training program was today organized for Officer and officials deployed for the “Back to Village Program Phase-II which was inaugurated by DDC Kulgam Showkat Aijaz Bhat.During the training program, participants were briefed about the activities that are being undertaken during implementation of the program at Panchayat level by the officers and PRIs jointly.The meeting was attended by ADC, Shabir Hussain Bhat, ACD, Mohammad Imran Khan, All BDOs, besides BDC Chairpersons.On the occasion booklets and stationary material was distributed among the officers in eco-friendly bags. While banners and other related materials was also made of biodegradable material.It was given out that the program will be conducted in all 178 Panchayats of the district in three phases and the visiting officers would have 2 day and one night stay  at the respective Panchayat.
