Back to Village-2 : Distt admin holds training for Visiting officers in Poonch

The district administration today held a one-day training program for the Visiting Officers regarding implementation of phase II of ‘Back to Village’ programme under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Rahul Yadav.ADC, ACD, CDPO, DPO, BDO Mendhar/Surankote and all the designated and reserved officers to be deputed to different Panchayats attended the training Program.During the training, the designated officers were imparted training by Master Trainer Jahangir Khan. They were sensitized about broad contours of second phase of Back to Village Program.DC apprised the deputed officers of the main aim of the program which is aimed at to assess the functionality of Panchayati Raj Institutions and individual beneficiary Schemes. He said that the officers will also have to assess the follow up of the works assessed and taken up in the last phase of Back to Village.DDC informed that a total of 225 Panchayats will be covered under the programme in the district.
