District Administration Jammu all set to launch ‘Back to Village-2’ programme

District Administration Jammu today organised rallies across the district to generate awareness among the masses regarding ‘Back to village 2’ programme  which is going to be organised from 25th to 30th of November 2019 in all 305 Panchayats of the district. The rallies were organised jointly by School Education Department, Rural Development and ICDS in which 3000 to 4000 students from different schools, Anganwari workers and other field functionaries from across the district participated.The Rallies were organised under the supervision of District Development Commissioner Jammu Sushma Chuahan.Jasmeet Singh Assistant Commissioner Nazool Jammu and Tasir Balwan Assistant Commissioner General Jammu coordinated the rallies.Earlier, in a series of meetings and field visits the District Development Commissioner Jammu directed all the field functionaries to make this mega event a grand success with effective development reaching the grass root level specially downtrodden and marginalized inhabitants of the district.
