Justice Magrey inspects working of District Court Srinagar

Administrative Judge for Srinagar, Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey, here today visited the District Court Complex Srinagar at Mominabad and inspected its functioning.The Justice inspected the working of all courts located in the court complex and took stock of the justice delivery system to see that the system is functioning to the satisfaction of litigants. He also inspected the court files and disposal statements during the inspection.He also interacted with the judges, litigants and lawyers on the occasion. During his interaction with judicial officers he emphasised quick and thorough disposal of pending cases.Justice Magrey called on judicial officers to ensure strict adherence to ethical conduct during justice delivery and strengthen the process serving agency.He also interacted with the executive members of the bar and reiterated assurances of redressal of their genuine grievances.The Justice also inspected the maintenance and infrastructure at the court complex during his visit.On the occasion several cases including those of matrimonial nature were settled with the intervention of the Justice on the spot.
