Bipul Pathak, Principal Secretary, Social Welfare Department (SWD), Information Technology and Science & Technology Departments, met Governor Satya Pal Malik at the Raj Bhavan here today.Sh. Pathak briefed Governor about functioning of the Departments under his charge.Governor advised Sh. Pathak to work devotedly towards welfare of the poor and implement all Social sector related schemes in their true letter and spirit. He also stressed speedy implementation of all projects relating to e –governance in J&K and Ladakh.
