Extending a helping hand to the residents of the flood ravaged villages, the ICICI Bank today handed over 1000 mosquito nets to be distributed in these villages to the Deputy Commissioner Jalandhar Varinder Kumar Sharma.The officers of the ICICI bank including Chief Manager Mr. Varun Dada and Regional Head Mr. Yudhvir Gill today called on the Deputy Commissioner at his office. Assuring fulsome support to district administration for noble cause of rehabilitation of flood victims, they handed over 1000 mosquito nets to the Deputy Commissioner. They said that bank would leave no stone unturned for assisting the administration in providing relief to the flood hit villagers.Welcoming the move, the Deputy Commissioner said that this would provide a big relief to the villagers. He said that administration has already distributed thousands of mosquito nets to the flood affected villages. Mr. Sharma said that massive steps were already afoot to help the people in this hour of crisis.On the occasion, Sub Divisional Magistrate Mr. Paramveer Singh, Senior Manager ICICI Mr. Anuj Paul, Branch Manager Mr. Manoj Chandel, Mr. Bhisham Sahi and others were also present.
