Prakash Singh Badal , Chief Minister, Punjab , while seeking votes for Arun Jaitley BJP-SAD , candidate from Amritsar constituency called him “ Brain Of Nation”, who will put Punjab’s case at centre forcefully and effectively when got elected from the constituency. Addressing a public rally of members and sevadaars of SGPC at Bularia Park, Tarantaran Road that NDA government under Narendra Modi is certain and Arun Jaitley will hold an influential portfolio. He will bring funds in abundance for Punjab in general and for Amritsar in particular to accelerate the development process in the state.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Arun Jaitley felt assured about the NDA government at centre after elections as the indication are clearly showing that. He went to the extent of saying that the alliance will cross 300 seats. Lashing out heavily at Congress led central for always been indifferent towards concerns of Punjab, he said that center is an ocean of funds and even some drops of it can change the developmental outlook of the state. He promised all efforts from him to come true to the expectations of voters of the constituency once elected.
