Chief Electoral Officer ,Devesh Kumar calls on Governor

Chief Electoral Officer, Himachal Pradesh Devesh Kumar called on Governor Acharya Devvrat at Raj Bhawan Shimla, today.He apprised the Governor about the elaborate arrangements made by the commission to conduct free and fair elections in the State. He also presented detailed information about the number of voters in the State who would participate in the coming Lok Sabha elections. He also apprised the Governor that the commission is making all-out efforts to aware the voters through various programmes so that their maximum participation could be ensured.
