Ch Lal Singh Chief Patron of the DSSP filed his nomination for the Kathua Udampur MP constituency before the returning officer in DC office today. While addressing the media and mammoth gathering Ch Lal Singh Said that every party is worried over the unexpected political scenario in Jammu region. The Kashmir centric parties has lost the ground in Jammu and therefore no party dares to fight election from Jammu province. Some parties has started spreading hatred against Maharaja Hari Singh by terming him killer of over 6 lakh people in Jammu division. It is very unfortunate that the congress candidate is taking the support of these parties. He further said that Mr Vikramaditya should resign from congress if he remembers the role played by the congress party in the exile of Maharaja Hari Singh Ji. It is totally unethical that the he is contesting the election like his father on the ticket of congress. Congress is the party who is responsible for all the problems of Jammu and Kashmir. Congress party was responsible for the exile of Maharaja Hari Singh and the scion of Maharaja is contesting from Kathua-Udhmapur seat on the ticket of Congress and earlier this scion was in PDP who always said that Maharaja is communal.

He further said that PDP is also extending support to the Congress NC for the destruction of Jammu. He appealed to the masses at Jammu province to understand the nefarious design of the all the parties. All the parties are known for their notorious activities aimed at dividing people on communal lines for getting the votes of Jammu province. Ch Lal Singh said that DSSP is a party purely to represent the sentiment of the Jammu province which has always got shabby treatment both from the state as well as the national parties. He said that it is the unity of the Dogras that the parties which used to claim its base in Jammu, ran away from the field and now trying to have unholy alliance just to marginalize the growing strength of the Dogras.Attired in his traditional Dogra dress with turban, Ch Lal Singh led a massive rally from his Gandhi Nagar residence to Kathua.Ch Lal Singh filed his nomination on the mandate of the newly registered Dogra Swabhiman Sangathan Party and his wife Ex MLA Mrs Kanta Andotra became his covering candidate, disclosed by Dr Hari Dutt Shishu, Gen Sec DSSP.
