The Punjab Education Minister Om Prakash Soni today exhorted government and private school teachers to instil the spirit of patriotism in children besides quality education and extracurricular activities.Addressing the media persons on the sidelines of the culmination function of the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of Manav mangal Group of Schools at Manav Mangal SMART SCHOOL, Phase X, Mohali, he said that it is a collective responsibility of the teachers and parents to build children personalities with all these characteristics.Mr. Soni was the Chief Guest at event which started with the traditional Lamp lighting. On this Occasion Mr. Soni also declared open the 5th Branch of Manav Mangal Group of Schools-Manav Mangal SMART SCHOOL (Junior)-by unveiling the plaque.  The new branch of the school is starting in Sector-91, Mohali.Cabinet Minister also released the Golden Jubilee Souvenir which is a glimpse of Manav Mangal’s 50 years Journey. The teachers of the School presented prayer song and students of Manav Mangal presented a cultural performance “Tribute to Our Soldiers” which mesmerized the audience. The Executive members of the Manav Mangal Society along with the entire staff of the 4 Manav Mangal Schools were present on the momentous occasion.Mr. Soni extolled the efforts of manav mangal and appreciated their contribution to service to mankind through education. It may be mentioned that the Golden Jubilee celebrations of 1968 born Manav Mangal began last year.Director, Mr. Sanjay Sardana spoke about Manav Mangal’s journey and the contribution of each and every member in these years.
