Gujjar community stage protest, demand punishment for culprits

A large number of Gujjar and bakarwal community members from different districts of the state held a protest on Sunday demanding harsh punishment for the culprits of newborn’s death at LD hospital.The  community members also demanded a probe from a panel selected by judiciary. They alleged that the panel headed by Principal Government Degree College (GMC) is showing a biased approach.“They  are showing a biased approach to save the culprits,” said one of the protesting member told Valley Media Service.“We want formation of a separate pannel which do justice to the mother of newborn who  died due to negligence of the hospital”, he further said.They said that government is showing an insensitive approach towards the issue and if their demands are not met, they will intensify their protest.
