Water Resources, Forest and Environment Minister of Uttar Pradesh Upendra Tiwari today called on Governor Acharya Devvrat at Raj Bhawan.In his courtesy call, the Minister invited the Governor for the Kumbh Mela, commencing from January 15 at Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh.
