The calendar 2019 based on theme “VISUALS OF HARIMANDAR SAHIB, SRI AMRITSAR & DARBAR SAHIB, TARAN TARAN” dedicated to the commemorating 550th Prakash Purab of Guru Nanak Dev Ji was released at a function held Gurudwara Sri Singh Sabha, Sarabha Nagar, here today. The calendar was released by noted economist, Chancellor Central University of Punjab, Padma Bhushan Dr SS Johl, Padmashri Dr Surjit Patar, Chairman Arts Council Govt of Punjab, Mr.  Sukh Dhaliwal, Member Parliament, Surrey, Canada, Mr Ramesh Sangha Member Parliament Brampton Canada and Ludhiana Mayor Mr. Balkar Sandhu in the esteemed presence of District & Sessions Judge Sangrur Mr BS Sandhu, Addl. Deputy Commissioner Iqbal Singh Sandhu, eminent industrialist Mr Ranjodh Singh, Punjabi poet Prof Gurbhajan Gill, Mr. TPS Sandhu renowned Photo Artist former Estate Officer PAU Mr TS Sandhu, Mr Y S Hayer IPS, IG Punjab Police , Mr Gurlavneen Sidhu IAS, Secty School Education,  Mr Raminder Singh IAS Retd , Prof Amarjit S Hayer and other several eminent personalities.

This Calendar depicts Palinquin (Palki Sahib), Gurudwara Ber Sahib, Sultanpur Lodhi and Darbar Sahib Taran Taran, Sukhasan Asthan, Akal Takhat Sahib, Unstruck Melody of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Harimandar Sahib, Sanctum Sanctorum Harimandar Sahib, Causeway to seek grace of Akal Purakh, Domes and Bungas of Harimandar Sahib, Central Dome of Harimandar Sahib, Passage to Realm of Truth – The Abode of Universal God, Sacred Sarovar Darbar Sahib Taran Taran, Architectural Marvels and logos of Devine Manifestation, Darbar Sahib Taran Taran, Darshni Deodhi which is made of Chandan wood with gold plate architecture upon it which was gifted by Maharaja Ranjit Singh, Maryada of Sri Harmandar Sahib Parkash, Bungas where the trainees were trained in the pure holy – reading of Sri Guru Granth Sahib.Mr Harpreet Sandhu stated during the release of the Calendar that such initiative, with his earlier task on the “Symbols of Sikh Faith”. He also thanked eminent photo artist Mr TPS Sandhu for his valuable suggestions that made this project a success.Mr Harpreet Sandhu said, “I wish to thank Almighty for giving me the strength to begin and accomplish this noble task and further pray to further enlighten me for similar ventures.
