Two IAS & 1 PCS officer transferred in Punjab

The Punjab Government today issued transfer/posting orders of two IAS and 1 PCS officers with immediate effect.An official spokesperson said that Mr. Rahul Bhandari, IAS has been posted as Secretary NRI Affairs and Mr. Arvind Pal Singh Sandhu, IAS has been posted as Special Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs and in addition Special Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs. Similarly, Mr. Harpreet Singh Atwal, PCS has been posted as Deputy Secretary, Labour.
