SAD-BJP alliance neither brought development to Ludhiana nor utilized the funds sent by centre : Ravneet Singh Bittu

Member of Parliament and Congress Candidate from Ludhiana constituency Mr. Ravneet Singh Bittu said SAD-BJP alliance neither brought development to Ludhiana nor utilized the funds sent by centre properly.  Bittu was addressing gathering on Sunday evening at Ward no. 48, Harnam Nagar organized by Sushil Malhotra, Amarjit Singh Tikka and Anil Sachdeva. He said the centre has sent funds to initiate city bus service in Ludhiana under JnNRUM scheme, funds for flats for homeless people and to run 108 Ambulance Service, but only 75 city buses have hit the road till now. The SAD-BJP leaders have tried to hijack the flat scheme for homeless people and the Chief Minister of Punjab Parkash Singh Badal has pasted his pictures on the 108 Ambulances.He said SAD-BJP alliance neither brought development to Ludhiana nor let the centre government to bring development projects to Ludhiana.

Bittu further added that Union Minister for states, Union Minister for broadcasting and information Manish Tewari has brought various projects from centre including City Bus Service, 108 Ambulance service, Ludhiana-Delhi Shatabadi, Passport Service Centre and construction of roads in rural areas under Pradhan Mantri Sadak Yojna.Mr. Bittu further added that his priority is to provide basic facilities to the people. He will establish PGIMER in Ludhiana to provide quality treatment at cheap rates to the people. He will also bring funds from centre for rehabilitation of industry that has been ruined by the  adverse policies of SAD-BJP alliance. He will also work for clean environment and two provide basic facilities like water and sewerage to the people.Mr. Bittu urged the people to cast their votes in the favor of congress on April 30 for the development.Mr. Malhotra, Mr. Tikka and Mr. Sachdeva appealed people to support congress in the parliamentary elections. He said Mr. Bittu will provide balanced leadership to Ludhiana following the morals of his grandfather late chief Minister Beant Singh.The others who were present were Gurdev Lapran, KK Bawa, Kulwant Sidhu, Deepak Khandoor, Parwinder Lapran.A,
