Div Com directs district admins to complete demarcation of JDA land

Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Sanjeev Verma, today convened a meeting wherein he directed the officers to complete the  demarcation process of Jammu Development Authority (JDA) lands.The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Rishpal Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner Samba, Arun Manhas, VC JDA,  P S Rathore, DLM JDA, D S Katoch, Revenue Attorney, Atul Gupta, Tehsildars of JDA and other concerned.ADCs of Jammu and Samba informed that they have identified JDA lands in different areas of their jurisdiction and the process of demarcation of the  land is in progress. They further apprised the Div Com about the demarcated land handed over to JDA.They also informed about the requirement of police protection for the purpose. The Div Com asked the ADCs to demarcate the land and hand over the  land to JDA.Div com directed the officers for preparing maps of demarcated JDA land and also asked them to expedite the pace of the demarcation process.
