Aggressing the Panchyat election Campaign, Dogra Swabhiman Sanghtan held the public meeting in Border village of Satrayan, RS Pura today. Gen .Sec Dr. Hari Dutt Shishu called for unity of Dogras and appealed people to come under the banner of Dogra Swabhiman Sanghtan and said that only organization committed for the cause and the development of Jammu and being led by a maverick leader Ch. Lal Singh. Number of Sarpanch and Panch candidates joined Dogra Swabhiman Sanghtan and after joining the Dogra Swabhiman Sanghtan, they are of the opinion that Dogras have been disillusioned by all the leaders of the Jammu as all of them failed to fulfill their promises and betrayed the Dogras.Vice President, Youth wing of Dogra Swabhiman Sanghtan, Divya Surya Partap Singh also addressed the gathering and called upon the youth of the area to join youth wing of Dogra Swabhiman Sanghtan to fight against the ongoing apathy of the Dogras of Jammu. District President Rural, Dr. Subash Sharma, while addressing the gathering recited a poem conveying the discrimination by Kashmiri dominant Govt. with Jammu. He further said that Dogra Swabhiman Sanghtan under the dynamic leadership of Ch. Lal Singh has already released a Vision Document comprising of 25 point program. It is an inclusive document epitomizing the sentiments and sufferings of the Dogras, irrespective of any caste, creed and religion.

Ch. Lal Singh while addressing the gathering apprised the people of the vision of Dogra Swabhiman Sanghtan and appealed the people to join it so that Dogras can give a decisive fight to win Kashmir centered politics. Ex. Minister said that the root cause of discrimination with Jammu is the very manipulative division of the state by the former CM Sheikh Abdhulla in connivance with some powers in Delhi. It is because of this politics people of Mirpur, Muzafarabad , Chamb, Kotli and most Dogra speaking people were not allowed to settle in the valley, simply to cause demographic imbalance and to keep maximum political powers with the valley.  Senior member of Dogra Swabhiman Sanghtan, Vikas Dutt also spoke on the occasion. Mrs Rashmi Sharma conducted the proceedings of the sabha. Chairman Leagal Cell Adv. BS Jamwal, Sect. Mohan Malagar, Sect. Dr. Shubhnandan Singh Dr. Ashok Gupta, Raghav Khajuria also attended the meeting.
