SSP Ramban interacts with media persons

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Ramban, Anita Sharma interacted with media persons of the district here today at Police Headquarter.During the interaction, the prominent print and electronic media persons highlighted various social issues besides raising the problems being faced by them while covering the events across the district.  They stressed upon for the improved coordination between police and media fraternity for timely reporting of the right facts.While addressing the media persons, the SSP Ramban appreciated the role of media for their balanced and right reporting from time to time in curbing crime and maintaining peace in the society besides highlighting issues of general public which needs early administrative intervention.She further enumerated the priorities of the department such as maintaining law and order, make crime free society, launching crusade against the drug, building close relationships with the public besides regulating traffic to decrease the rate of accidents in district.Additional SP Ramban, Sanjay Parihar, Dy.SP Hqrs, Asgar Ali Malik and Dy.SP Traffic Rakesh Sharma were also present on the occasion.
