Former minister and General Secretary of the SAD, Bikram Singh Majithia alleged today that the Congress government was conspiring and conniving  with the anti-social forces to win the approaching Panchayat elections.Addressing a press conference over deterioration of law and order situation  across the state, the SAD leader presented a resident of Village Udoke, Sarpanch Sandeep Singh before the media and told that an anti-social element  Harman roopa, at behest of Congress government, was brazenly threatening to Sandeep singh against contesting the election. He said the police did  not take any action even after the video of this threatening incident got viral on the social media. In the video, Harman Roopa of Village Udoke who had  more than dozen police case registered against him, was seen threatening by uttering these words, I speak Harmandeep Singh Roop, son of Major  Singh. All of you will have to cast your vote in favour of my uncle Harbhag Singh. Whoever defies this order will face consequences.Showing the video  to the Press the SAD leader asked that are the police and state government ready keep pursuing their evasive approach and let the common man to be  attacked by these anti-social elements.Terming it political terrorism, S. Majithia said that two-time sarpanch of village Khiala in Rajasansi, Sarbjit Singh  has been brutally killed. Currently serving a sentence for killing two brothers of a family earlier, Dilbagh singh of village Majh had also killed the third  brother of the same family while coming out on the parole.  He further said that the rape and murder of a 8 year old girl in Batala reminds us the brutal  case of Nirbhaya in Delhi. The police did not act timely in this case despite the police being informed by the victim family about the missing girl.
