Review meeting of social welfare schemes held

Health and Family Welfare Minister Vipin Singh Parmar, while presiding over a review meeting of various welfare schemes of Centre Government  and State Government, here today directed the  officers to work with more diligence and dedication to achieve the stipulated goals of all schemes. He said the State Government had accorded top priority to social welfare sector. All concerned departments have been asked to prepare the block-wise progress report of all Centre schemes being implemented in the state, announcements made by the Chief Minister including schemes approved by  State Cabinet and submit the same to State government.Vipin Singh Parmar said that aim of the state government was to make social welfare schemes accessible to every section of society and individual in order to ensure better living. He said that the Centre Government under able leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's has initiated many welfare schemes after 2014 which had benefitted the large  population in the country. He said that efforts are being made to ensure that all these schemes are effectively implemented in the state. Apart from these schemes, the present State Government has announced several welfare schemes in short span of seven months which are benefiting large section of the society.

Talking on the various welfare  schemes, the Health Minister said that Grihini Suvidha Yoyana, Pradhan Mantri Jan-Dhan Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sinchai Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadi Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana, Rashtriya Swasthaya Sanrakshan Yojana, Make in India, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Digital India, Skill India, Jaivik Kheti Portal, Stri Swabhiman Yojna and Samajik Suraksha  Pension Yojana' are among  ambitious schemes which had benefitted almost every person in the society.The Health Minister asked to ensure 100 percent digital  payments to the beneficiaries of the social schemes. He asked to prepare complete details of the beneficiaries of all schemes and submit them at the earliest.He asked to ensured effective implementation and submission of regular reports regarding new schemes announced by the Chief Minister in the state. He said that it is the responsibility of every department to ensure the implementation of direct bank transfer scheme and banks would extend their cooperation.A presentation on various welfare schemes was also given on the occasion.Political advisor to Chief Minister Trilok Jamwal, Additional Chief Secretaries B.K. Agarwal and Dr. Shrikant Baldi, Principal Secretaries Onkar Sharma & Jagdish Chander, Secretaries  Dr. Arun Sharma, R.N. Batta & Dr. Purnima Chauhan, Heads of the Departments and other  senior officers were present in the meeting.
