DDC Rajouri reviews implementation of Digidhan Lamberi block selected for saturation

District Development Commissioner, Mohammad Aijaz Asad today reviewed the implementation of Digidhan in the district and finalised the district action plan to achieve 100% saturation in one CD Block.After threadbare discussion, it was decided in the meeting that in adjustment areas, block accounts will be shared to achieve 100% saturation with the support of Tehsildar and BDO concerned.It was decided that a mega mela will be organised to enrol the people under Surakhsha Jeevan Bima Yojna and Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana.The DDC directed to hold mega awareness camps especially in education institutions for creating awareness among masses regarding the initiative. For the purpose, a team comprising headmasters and principals will be constituted within fifteen days.After threadbare discussion, it was decided that Lamberi will be declared as first saturated block.Similarly for Bhim app, data will be collected using MPA and some data will be collected from NABARD.Further, it was decided that consecutive awareness camps will be organised for 8 panchayats of Lamberi block. It was decided that the children below the age of 10 years will have a joint account, while those above 10 years will have independent account. The meeting also decided   to provide RuPay card to all families.
