60 merit slots in PTU exams go to Rayat Bahra Ropar Campus

Keeping their lofty tradition of academic excellence a total of 60 students of the Rayat-Bahra Ropar Campus have won laurels by their outstanding performance in IKG Punjab Technical University examinations held in November, 2017, in Engineering, Management and Pharmacy.Thirty-two students of the Management College (MBA, BBA, BCA, B.Com (P), 17 from Pharmacy College (B. Pharma and M. Pharma), and 11 from Engineering College (CSE,ECE,EE,ME) made it to the merit list in their respective examinations.Dr Suresh Seth,Campus Director, Rayat-Bahra Ropar Campus expressed his joy on the results. He said that the Rayat Bahra campus students had won laurels in IKG-PTU examinations and it was a matter of pride for the faculty and the management.

Giving details of the positions, Dr Seth said six students got first position, six students got second position, eight students got third position, two students got fourth position, and seven students got fifth position. While one student got the sixth position, eight students got seventh position, four students got eighth position, ten students got ninth position and eight students got tenth position in Management, Pharmacy, and Engineering colleges.Congratulating the students, Dr Suresh Seth said it was the fruit of hard work and dedication of faculty and students that such outstanding performance was recorded in the university examination.Gurvinder Singh Bahra, Chairman of the Rayat Bahra Group of Institutions, lauded the brilliant performance of the students and said that it was in keeping with the high standard of academic excellence set by the students and such excellence had become synonymous with the Rayat Bahra Group.

In Pharmacy College Gurpreet Kaur from B.Pharma got 1st position, Reena Kumari  from M.Pharma got 1st position and Ritu from M.Pharma got 1st position.

In Management College Mansi from  B.Com(Professional) got 1st position, Sandeep from  B.Com(Professional) got 1st position, Arushi Bhalla from MBA got 1st position, Suchita from BBA got 2nd  position, Sivranpreet from BCA got 9th position.

In Engineering College Raman Kumari from B.Tech ECE got 2nd  position, Suraj Dhiman from B.Tech EE got 3rd  position, Jatinder from B.Tech ME got 7th position, Sumanjit from B.Tech CSE got 8th position and Deepak K umar from  B.Tech(1st Year) got 8th position.
