Rs. 45 crore water supply scheme for Karsog area : Jai Ram Thakur

Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today dedicated the science lab of Senior Secondary School Churag in Karsog Assembly constituency of Mandi district constructed at a cost of Rs 67.48 lakh.Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister that Rs 45 crore water supply scheme was announced by him for Karsog area under BRICS during his visit to the area today.He said State government was committed to make Himachal Pradesh a knowledge hub of the country.He announced Rs. 5 lakh for new roof of the Senior Secondary School Churag and said that the road to Churag would be maintained properly.Churag BJP Mandal presented a cheque of Rs. Rs 31,000 to Jai Ram Thakur towards the Chief Ministers Relief Fund. MLA Hira Lal also spoke on the occasion and detailed various developmental demands of the area.MP Ram Swaroop Sharma, IPH Minister Mohinder Singh, MLAs Jawahar Thakur and Inder Singh Gandhi, Deputy Commissioner Rugved Thakur were also present on the occasion among others.
