Jai Ram Thakur thanked for sanctioning various developmental projects for Jubbal-Kotkhai area

The State Government is committed for equitable and balanced development of all parts of the State with special emphasis on those areas which have remained neglected for one reason or the other.This was stated by Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur while addressing a delegation of Jubbal-Kotkhai Assembly constituency that met him at his official residence Oak Over here today. The delegation was led by MLA and former Minister Narinder Bragta for thanking the Chief Minister for making announcements worth Rs. 200 crore for his Assembly constituency during his recent visit to the constituency.The Chief Minister said that he was ensuring that the each area of the State get its due in matter of development. He visited about 45 constituencies of the State during short tenure of six months of the government to ensure development of these areas. He said that that the country was blessed to have Narendra Modi as Prime Minister and India was poised to emerge as the ‘World Leader’.Jai Ram Thakur said that the present State government has strived hard to come up to the expectations of the people of the State and several welfare and developmental-oriented schemes have been launched. 

He said the State government had succeeded in getting schemes and projects worth Rs 4365 crore sanctioned from the Union government during the short period of six months due to the benevolence of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi.MLA Narender Bragta said that the area remained neglected in the matter of development during the last five years.  He thanked the Chief Minister for laying foundation stones of developmental projects worth crores of rupees in the area. He said that the synthetic track would prove a boon to the youth of the region to exhibit their talent as they would get facilities of international standard nearer to their home. He also thanked the Chief Minister for poising  Rs 55 crore project for BRICS for drinking water supply schemes for 27 panchayats of the constituency and announcing Rs 5 crore for beautification of Hatkoti temple complex and PWD Division at Kotkhai, Degree College at Kotkhai,He also thanked the Chief Minster for laying foundation stone of Sabhagaar of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Government Engineering and Technology Institute at Pragatinagar to be constructed at a cost of Rs. 9.88 crore.
