Dr. Nirmal Kumar Singh, Speaker, Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, called on Governor N. N. Vohra at  the Raj Bhavan today.Dr. Singh informed Governor about several matters relating to functioning of the Legislature, including certain security issues.
