MoS Dr Jitendra Singh participates in Yoga Day activities in Jammu

The Union Minister of State for Development of North Eastern Region (I/C), Prime Minister’s Office, Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, Atomic Energy and Space, Dr. Jitendra Singh led the Yoga Day activities in Jammu on the occasion of 4th International Day of Yoga today.In Jammu, the main regional level event was held at K. K. Hakku Stadium where MoS Dr Jitendra Singh led the people from different walks of life and performed various yoga postures and kriyas.Speaking on the occasion the Union Minister said that bringing yoga on the international arena is one of India's most important gifts to the world and a remarkable achievement of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. He called upon the people to adopt yoga as a way of life for proper physical and mental health.Sportsmen, security forces personnel, NCC cadets and others also participated in the event.
