Two militants killed in Tral gunfight

Two militants were killed in and encounter at Hayen Nazneenpora area of South Kashmir’s Tral town here in Pulwama district.The gunfight was underway and one militant was still believed to be trapped inside the house till the filing of this report.A police official told CNS that slain militants belong to Jaish-e-Muhammad.“They were hiding in the house of a slain militant Aqib Molvi who was killed two years ago in a gunfight in Haffu area of Tral. Three soldier including a CRPF officer were injured in the gunfight,” he said.Reports said that clashes erupted near the site of the gunfight and at main bus stand Tral.Locals alleged that Forces used civilians as human shields during the clashes, a charge refuted by police.
