DC Kargil reviews progress on CM’s commitments

Deputy Commissioner and CEO LAHDC, Kargil Vikas Kundal today convened a meeting to review the pace of progress on the works being undertaken in the district as per the Chief Minister’s directions for the district.The DC took detailed stock of the physical and financial progress achieved on the projects and stressed upon the concerned officers to ensure completion of the works within the stipulated time.While highlighting the importance of complete synergy among different departments involved in infrastructure building and implementation of various welfare schemes, the DC called for strict adherence to timelines for completion of all ongoing projects so that people at large can be benefitted.The officers were further directed to monitor the works besides maintaining quality parameters so as to ensure the creation of durable assets.SE Mechanical, Chief Planning Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Executive Engineers of R&B II, PHE and I&FC besides other concerned officers were present at the meeting.
