Ram Nath Kovind given warm send off

Governor Acharya Devvrat and Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur accorded warm send off to the President of India Ram Nath Kovind at Kalyani helipad in Shimla today. Shri Kovind spent six days in Himachal Pradesh during his summer sojourn.Chief Minister also presented a photo album to the President as a memoir of his sojourn to the State.Irrigation and Public Health Minister and Minister-in-Waiting Shri Mahender Singh Thakur, Mayor Municipal Corporation Shimla Smt. Kusum Sadret, Chief of Staff Lt. General Rajeev Sirohi AVSM, VSM, Chief Secretary Shri Vineet Chawdhry, Additional Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Dr. Shrikant Baldi, Director General of Police Shri S.R. Mardi, Secretary GAD Dr. R.N. Batta, Deputy Commissioner Shimla Shri Amit Kashyap, SP Shimla Shri Omapati Jamwal were also present on this occasion among others.
