Governor presented “The North East Crucible: Geopolitics, Ethnicity and Turmoil”

S.P. Kar I.P.S (Retd.), author and expert on North East Region; called on Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan and presented him a copy of one of his books, “The North East Crucible: Geopolitics, Ethnicity and Turmoil”, which is one of the best known books on the threats facing the NE Region from across the frontiers with various countries as well as from across the Seas. Governor lauded Sh. Kar’s valuable contribution towards a better informed view about the seven North East region States and wished him success in all his future research endeavours.
