CEC Leh reviews arrangements for 19th KBR Birth Centenary celebrations

Chief Executive Councilor Leh, DorjeyMotup, today reviewed the arrangements put in place in connection with the closing ceremony celebrations of the 19th Kushok Bakula Rinpoche (KBR) Birth Centenary on May 19 to be attended by the Prime Minister during his visit to the State.EC Agriculture Tsering Wangdus, EC Health Gyal P Wangyal, Deputy Commissioner AvnyLavasa, SSP Sargun Shukla, Chairman 19th KBR Committee Prof. GesheKonchokWangdus, LBA Vice President PT Kunzang besides representatives of the Centenary Committee, officers of civil and police administration were present on the occasion.CEC DorjeyMotup directed the district administration to ensure that all arrangements including accommodation for VVIPs, security, sanitation, transport among other facilities being made at the venue are made well in advance.
