Smt. Urmila Singh, Governor was ‘At Home’ to the elite of Shimla town on the occasion of Republic Day at Raj Bhawan today. Shri Virbhadra Singh, Chief Minister, Smt. Vidya Stokes, Irrigation and Public Health Minister,  MLAs, former MLAs, Judges, retired Judges,  Shri Harsh Mahajan, Chairman, H.P. State Cooperative Bank,  Shri Kuldeep Singh Pathania, Chairman, H.P. State Pollution Control Board, Shri Shrawan Dogra, Advocate General,  Shri Sanjay Chauhan, Mayor, Shimla Municipal Corporation, Shri Tikender Panwar, Deputy Mayor, Shimla Municipal Corporation, Dr. K.R. Dhiman, Vice Chancellor, Dr. Y.S. Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni, Dr. A.D.N. Bajpayee, Vice Chancellor, H.P. University, Shri S. Roy, Chief Secretary, Shri I.D. Bhandari, Director General of Police,  Councillors of Municipal Corporation,  freedom fighters, senior State Civil, Police and Military Officers, prominent citizens of the town and Ex-servicemen were present on the occasion among others. Earlier, Governor gave special treat in Raj Bhawan to the participants of cultural troupes, who gave performances on Republic Day celebrations at Ridge.
