Commissioner Secretary, Agriculture Production Department, Muhammad Afzal Bhat was accorded a warm farewell by senior officers and the staff of the department at a felicitation function organized, here today.Director, Agriculture Jammu, Hari Krishan Razdan, Secretary, APD Showkat Ahmed Beigh, Director, Command Area Development, Jammu Jatinder Singh, Director, Law Enforcement Sushil Sahni, Special Secretary APD Leena Padha, Joint Director of Agriculture (Inputs), Jammu K S Sambyal, Joint Director of Agriculture (Extension) and other officers and staff were present on the occasion.The speakers appreciated the dedication and commitment of Commissioner Secretary towards his duties. They highlighted the rich contribution of Muhammad Afzal Bhat in different departments and wished him a happy and healthy post retirement life.Speaking on the occasion, Commissioner Secretary, Muhammad Afzal Bhat thanked the officers and staff for the honour and affection they have accorded. He also thanked everyone present for their cooperation during his service.He advised all the officers and field functionaries to work with a missionary zeal, sincerity and dedication for the welfare of farming community.
