Ambassador of Switzerland calls on Jai Ram Thakur

Ambassador of Switzerland Dr. Andreas Baun called on Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur here today.Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that Switzerland and Himachal Pradesh have almost identical topography and geographical conditions. He said that efforts to promote tourism and environmental conservation could be carried out together.He welcomed the Ambassador by presenting him a Himachali cap, shawl and a book on Himachal Pradesh.Additional Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary to Chief Minister  Smt. Manisha Nanda was also present on the occasion.
