Haryana Model is better than Gujarat Model : Bhupinder Singh Hooda

In his election speeches, Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda today targeted BJP Prime Ministerial candidate & Gujarat Chief Minister Narender Modi.Addressing a series of meetings in Jind & Sonipat districts, Mr Hooda said that Haryana Model is better than Gujarat Model. He asked If Gujarat is giving electricity to farmers at 10 Paise per unit, as Haryana is giving it in the state. He said that Diesel and Petrol in Haryana is Rs 5 per liter cheaper than the Gujarat. Why Gujarat has not lowered the VAT rates as has been done by Haryana, he asked. He listed the various welfare schemes of Haryana Government and asked the people, Which Model is better. The people replied that Haryana is much better.Launching a scathing attack on BJP, Hooda described it as a party of rich people. He said that he was in agreement with observation of former Prime Minister Charan Singh that BJP can never be a well wisher of farmers and labourers.Mr Hooda said that after the Lok Sabha election results, INLD would lose its existence as it has lost all public support. Cong leader & former Political Advisor to Chief Minister Prof Virender and local Cong leaders also addressed the gatherings.
