Says peace has no alternate, calls for silence of guns on LoC

Member Legislative Assembly, Mendhar, Javed A Rana today said that peace has no alternate and all efforts should be made to silence of guns on LoC as roaring guns are leading to bloodbath." Government cannot replace peace with any other thing and peace is the basic need of any society " Rana said while addressing people during a programme to inaugurate a road from main road to Salani area constructed under CD Fund and Convergence mode." I am inaugurating this road with heavy heart as we all have suffered a tragic loss of five members of family in Devta Balakote yesterday " he added.Rana further asked both state and central government to give first priority to peace and than to development." If in our society, people are loosing their lives, than what will we do by constructing roads and other utilities " Rana said." Its not a time for politics but its sad to say that government's are least bothered about pain of border residents and concern of government leaders is on issuing statement only " he further said asking union government for barring its leaders from issuing any kind of statement on LoC which led to provocation.
