The Punjab Government has issued transfer and posting orders of 3 IAS and 3 PCS officers with immediate effect.isclosing this an official spokesperson of the Punjab Government said that Ms. Shena Aggarwal IAS has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development), Ludhiana, Mr. Sanyam Aggarwal IAS as Services placed at the disposal of the Department of Local Government for posting as Additional Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana and Ms. Sakshi Sawhney IAS has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development), Bathinda.imilarly in PCS Officers, Mr. Rishi Pal Singh has been posted as Services placed at the disposal of the Department of Local Government for posting as Commissioner, Municipal corporation, Bathinda and in addition services  placed at the disposal of Department of Housing and Urban Development for posting as  Chief Administrator, Bathinda Development Authority, Bathinda and Mr. Balwinder Singh has been posted as Assistant Commissioner, (General), Bathinda and in addition Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bathinda.He further said that Mr. Paramdeep Singh PCS Sub Divisional Magistrate, Dera Bassi and in addition Deputy Secretary Health and Family Welfare has also been transferred and directed to report to the Headquarters with immediate effect.
