Sukhnandan Kumar chairs Petitions Committee meet, Discusses pending Petitions

MLA, Sukhnandan Kumar today chaired a meeting of the Committee on Petitions of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly to discuss the pending petitions and expediting their disposal.Legislators, R.S. Pathania, Gulzar Ahmed Wani and Ishfaq Ahmed Sheikh attended the meeting and gave their valuable suggestions to improve the functioning of the Committee.The Committee discussed the means to be adopted for early disposal of the pending petitions lying before it. It was decided that the Petition of Ayush Doctors Associations, Kashmir (ADAK) would be discussed in its next meeting which would be held on February 28, 2018 at Meeting Hall of the Assembly Secretariat, Jammu.Secretary, Legislative Assembly, M.R Singh, Additional Secretary Naseem Jan and other officers of the Assembly Secretariat were present in the meeting.
