Playfields being developed at Hathlangoo, Sopore : Sajad Gani Lone

Minister for Social Welfare, Mr Sajad Gani Lone, on behalf of Minister for Information Technology, Technical Education and Youth Services & Sports informed the House that the first phase of work on playing field at Hathlangoo, Sopore was completed by J&K State Sports Council by way of earth filling, dressing and levelling during the year 20014-15 at a cost of Rs.12.80 lakh.Replying to a question by Haji Abdul Rashid, the Minister said that the construction of one small pavilion and seating tiers covered with tin sheets has also been completed by the Rural development department. He said further development of playing field will be considered in Phase-II subject to the availability of funds.
