2-Days long Snow Autocross, Big Frozen Rush 2 begins in Gulmarg

The snowy mountains of PirPanjal rangeechoed with roarsof revving engines as the second edition Big Frozen Rush 2 kick started this morning in Gulmarg.The two-day snow autocross event is brought to the region by Kashmir Off Road in collaboration with 92.7 BigFmandsupportedbyJ&K Tourism.A total number of fifty participants in modified 4x4 vehicles are racing against time on a specially created snow track. Each participant shall be allowed to race twice. The event started at 10 in the morning and races went on till 5 pm, tomorrow it will start at the same time again.Speaking on the occasion, founder of Kashmir Off Road, Ali Sajid said- “This is the kind of adrenaline rush we all seek. The overall atmosphere is thunderous, the excitement levels are sky rocketing.Year ago this event was born with the hopes of being something special.  Little did anyone know that in just a short time it would grow to become one of the biggest events of the valley, I feel elated.The Big Frozen Rush 2 is the biggest andalso the only snow autocross in the country. This year the event is going to be bigger, better andexciting for all participants.
