DC convenes meeting with PNC, Collectors

In order to finalize land acquisition cases under private negotiation and compulsory acquisition for various developmental projects, Deputy Commissioner, Ravinder Kumar, who is also District Collector, chaired a meeting of Private Negotiations Committee (PNC) and Collectors here today.During the meeting, summary revision and report of land Acquisition pertaining to four Laning of National Highway, approval of rates under private negotiation, additional land for NHAI, construction of 220 KV D/C KPTL, approval of rates in compulsory mode of acquisition, cases related to PMGSY, fixing the rates of land in various villages of the district required for different projects as per Land Acquisition Act were discussed in presence of Indenting departments and land owners.DC said that such negotiations will expedite the process of land acquisition and help in speeding up of the development projects in the district.He also directed the collectors to expedite the process of disbursement of compensation for the acquired land.

The meeting was apprised that under land acquisition pertaining to four laning  of NH, 73 villages has been taken up, wherein Rs 134.05 lakhs compensation has been disbursed so far. The chair approved rates of land for 13 cases under PMGSY which includes Upper Battal Ballian  to Ladialya, Industrial Estate Tajoor link road to  Thalora, Sira to Garhi, Dhoona to Gonara, Parla Chakal to Balota, Parla Chakal  playee, Bandhole  Khas to Surni, Chowki to Khurkhal, Chowki to Khorkhal at Surni, Taplal  Dallan to Sattain,Taplal to Sattain.The meeting was attended by, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Krishan lal Sharma, ACR Subash Dogra, SDM’s of  Chenani, Ramnagar Basantgarh,Dudu,, XEN TLMD-III besides other officers of the Indenting departments and various landowners.
