Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah Friday took a dig at BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, questioning his logic behind contesting from two Lok Sabha seats if there was a ‘Modi Wave’ in his favour.Affirming that there was a wave only once in the country at the death of Indira Gandhi, which resulted in a massive victory for Congress and Rajiv Gandhi was elected as prime minister, he said there was a UPA wave in Jammu and Kashmir as well as in India."Why he (Modi) needs to contest from two Lok Sabha constituencies if there is a wave in their favour," Omar told a gathering of Congress and NC workers here today.Modi is contesting from two seats -- Vadodara in Gujarat and Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh.A strong media campaign built in 2004 by BJP-led NDA by issuing the slogan of 'India shining' but the alliance got a bashing in the elections."Again in 2009, it claimed that NDA will come to power as UPA-I is a failure, but failed miserably in the elections. Now again, the results will prove their claims wrong. There is a crises in the BJP over seat sharing," he said.
