Minister for Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, Law and Justice, Abdul Haq Khan today laid on the table of the House a copy of the Jammu and Kashmir Panchayati Raj (Amendment), Ordinance 2017 (Ordinance No. IV of 17), as required in the terms of clause (a) to Sub Section (2) of Section 91 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir.
