Deputy Chief Minister, Dr. Nirmal Singh today flagged off the environment and Swachta Mission led by Babu Bai Pipaliya a specially-abled activist from Surat, Gujrat.The campaigner will spread necessary awareness about Environment and Swachta from Jammu to Kanyakumari while travelling through seven states on his motor bike.Deputy Chief Minister while appreciating the efforts of the activist hoped that he through his mission would be able to rekindle the obligation of people to the environmental issues and overall cleanliness of our surroundings.
