The Congress on Friday said the only sector of the economy doing well is the digital sector, which is run by multinational companies, and the rest are in a bad shape."The only sector of the economy that is doing well and we must congratulate the Prime Minister (Narendra Modi) for ensuring that sector of the economy does well!"What is it - Airtel Payments Bank, Digital Economy, Paytm Banks, NSDL Payments Bank, Aditya Birla Idea Payments Bank, Fino Pay Tech, Vodafone M Paise (sic)," said Congress leader Kapil Sibal."The digital platforms in the country...those being run by multinationals, are making a lot of money," said Sibal.He asked: "Which sector of the economy is doing well in this country apart from the Digital Sector?"That is why the Prime Minister Narendra Modi made trips to Facebook and got his photograph...," he added.
