Chander Parkash Ganga inaugurates CCTV Camera surveillance network

Minister for Industries and Commerce, Chander Parkash Ganga today inaugurated CCTV Camera surveillance network in Vijaypur town.Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said that the CCTV camera network will boost the surveillance efforts and check nefarious and illegal activities.A total of 11 closed circuit cameras have been installed in the town with a cost of Rs. 2 lakh, which has been donated by the Vijaypur Town Shopkeeper Association.Police shall operate the CCTV surveillance system from Police Station Vijaypur.SP Samba, SDM Vijaypur, EO Vijaypur, Xen PDD, PHE, PWD and other officers were present on the occasion.
